Our Reiki Sessions
At Sacred Soul Reiki, you can choose the type of session that feels right for you—either in-person on Auckland’s North Shore or distance Reiki received from the comfort of your own space.
In‑person sessions with Kim are held on the North Shore of Auckland. She provides a calming space where you can fully relax and receive hands‑on (or off) energy healing. Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients leave feeling lighter, grounded, peaceful, and deeply restored.

Energy is not limited by time or space, which means Reiki can be received wherever you are. Distance healing sessions offer the same loving intention and energetic support as an in‑person session, from the comfort of your own home.
During your session, you’re invited to rest quietly in a peaceful space while Reiki energy is sent to you remotely. Many people experience warmth, calmness, emotional release, deep relaxation, or renewed clarity during and after their session.

When you’re ready, you can book the session style that suits you—whether that’s in-person in Castor Bay or distance Reiki from wherever you are.
Before You Arrive
Arrive in comfortable clothing that allows you to rest easily. There is no need for specific preparation; simply bring your intention for peace and a willing heart.
For distance healing, you can relax in your own home during the session. Kim will be in contact with you to let you know when the session is beginning. Many people choose to lie down, meditate, journal or rest quietly.
What to Expect in a Session
Preparing for your first Reiki session is a quiet step toward finding balance. It is a gentle process designed to help you feel held and supported as you reconnect with your inner stillness.
During the Session
At the beginning of your session, we’ll briefly chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. This may include stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, healing, clarity, or simply taking time for yourself. During the session, you’ll lie peacefully while Reiki energy is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body. Crystals are sometimes used to gently support energetic balance
After the Session
After your session, It is important you rest, hydrate, and gently process anything that has arisen. You may feel lighter, calmer, emotional, energised, or deeply relaxed over the coming days. Everyone responds in their own way, and there’s no right or wrong experience. Healing is a personal journey, and each session supports you in the way your mind, body, and spirit need at that time.
